📢 New Year Courier & Support Schedule Notice 2025

Dear Sendico Lovers,

As we approach the New Year period, we want to ensure all customers are aware of upcoming courier and service disruptions in Japan. So please take care of the following:

Couriers will not be collecting parcels between December 29th and January 4th.

This means any parcels prepared during this time cannot be shipped until collections resume in early January.

Additionally, some Sendico staff members will be taking time off over the holiday period (26th-4th), so please anticipate:

• packing delays
• shipping delays
• slower response times from support

These delays may continue into the first week of January, as couriers and logistics companies work through the post-holiday backlog.

We highly recommend shipping out any urgent parcels well before December 29th to avoid interruptions.
