Temporary Notice: DHL Shipping Service Unavailable

We would like to inform our customers that DHL's shipping API is currently undergoing temporary maintenance.

During this maintenance period, DHL shipping services will be unavailable on Sendico. We expect this maintenance to continue for the next couple of days, after which DHL services will be restored as soon as they become available again.

What does this mean?

• DHL cannot be selected as a shipping method while the maintenance is ongoing.
• If you were planning to ship with DHL, please refrain from creating a parcel creation request until the service is back online.
• Other available shipping methods are unaffected and can continue to be used as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while DHL completes their maintenance.

We'll notify everyone as soon as DHL services are available again.
