Effective April 28th, 2025, DHL has withdrawn the temporary suspension on business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments valued over $800 USD being sent to private individuals in the United States.

✅ Shipments valued between $800 and $2,500 USD can once again be cleared using the expedited informal entry process, allowing normal operations to resume.

🔔 Please note:

• Some transit delays may still occur as DHL clears the existing backlog.
• DHL remains committed to complying with all U.S. customs regulations and ensuring efficient processing going forward.

This positive development follows constructive discussions between DHL and the U.S. government and reflects a strong commitment to supporting international trade and customer needs.
