📢 Golden Week Holiday Shipping & Processing Notice 📦

Golden Week is just around the corner, and we wanted to keep you in the loop about how this will affect Sendico services. We have now received official notice from our partner couriers regarding their working hours, so please read more below:

✅ Parcel arrivals:

We will continue receiving parcels at our warehouse as normal throughout the holiday period.

⚠️ Reduced operations:

Our warehouse and buyer teams will be operating at reduced capacity. This means parcel packing and order processing may take longer than usual.

🚚 Shipping pause:

Japanese couriers will be on break from May 2nd to May 6th, so:

• Final shipping out day from our warehouse: May 1st
• Shipping resumes: May 7th

📦 Post-holiday backlog:

Once Golden Week ends, there will be a high volume of parcels waiting to ship, so delays may continue for a short period after services resume.
