Our new rewards program is our way of saying thank you to everyone who chooses Sendico. As you shop, you'll earn points, unlock membership ranks, and enjoy exclusive perks designed to make your experience even better.

How Sendico Rewards Works

Your membership rank is determined by your total spending during the previous calendar month. Each month, your rank will be updated automatically based on your activity.

Alongside your rank, you'll also receive Sendico Points, which can be used as credit towards future purchases on Sendico.

Earning Sendico Points

You can earn points through:

• Monthly membership rewards (Monthly rewards are distributed on the 1st of every month based on your membership rank)
• Parcel reviews

Using Sendico Points

Sendico Points can be used as account credit when purchasing items on Sendico.

Please note:

• Sendico Points cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Sendico Points cannot be transferred between Sendico accounts.
• Points expire after 4 months if they are not used.

A Few Things Worth Mentioning

📊 Bulk Tools for Everyone

Originally, our new Bulk Tools (which allow you to import and export data using XLSX files) were originally planned as an exclusive feature for Silver Rank and above... However, after giving it more thought, we decided we didn't want to place genuinely useful productivity features behind a paywall for customers who simply don't spend as much on Sendico.

Because of that, Bulk Tools are now available to every Sendico user, regardless of rank.

⚡ Priority Support

If your membership rank includes Priority Support, there's nothing you need to do.

Whenever you submit a support ticket, it will automatically be marked as high priority, allowing our team to respond as quickly as possible.

💎 Platinum: No Balance Purchasing

Customers with Platinum Rank gain access to No Balance Purchasing.

This feature allows you to skip the estimation step when submitting an Order Form, meaning you no longer need to have funds in your Sendico Wallet before placing your request.

Sendico Rewards is something we plan to continue expanding over time.

We're already working on additional perks, tools, and features for future membership ranks, so keep an eye out for more announcements in the coming months!

We decided to launch the membership system retroactively as a small thank you to our existing customers.

That means your spending from last month has already been used to determine your current membership rank, and your monthly reward points have already been distributed accordingly.
