We’re pleased to announce that Sendico has upgraded its support system to improve your overall experience when contacting us.
🆕 What’s Changed?
We’ve introduced a ticket-based support system, designed to:
- Keep track of all your inquiries in one place
- Reduce confusion when contacting different departments
- Improve response times
- Create a more streamlined and reliable support experience
📂 New Categories
You’ll also notice new support categories, including options such as Bug Reports, making it easier to direct your request to the right team from the start. We encourage all users to take a moment to explore the new system and familiarize themselves with the available options.
All existing conversations with our staff will be merged into one single "support history" ticket, and will be available to view for 3 months. After this point it will be archived.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to provide faster, clearer, and more efficient support, and we hope that you'll all enjoy using it!
